We are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with automotive dealerships, dealer groups, and OEMs in Japan. This role combines customer relationship management, project coordination, and commercial responsibility in a fast-growing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing relationships with automotive dealers and OEMs
- Acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Identifying opportunities and driving additional business
- Following up consistently on meetings and proposals
- Coordinating repair projects with internal teams (Project Managers and Operations)
- Supporting on-site visits, vehicle assessments, and project setup
- Ensuring clear communication between customers and internal teams
- Monitoring project progress and customer satisfaction
- 5–10+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in the automotive industry (dealers, OEMs, suppliers, or related) is preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects
- Structured, proactive, and reliable working style
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to support on-site activities
- Japanese: Native / Fluent
- English: Business level
