We are looking for a motivated and client focused IT Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in a global and multicultural environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and driving end to end sales activities across a wide range of IT solutions and services.

This position offers excellent exposure to global business, advanced technologies, and diverse industries, while providing a clear career path toward independent sales management and leadership responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and acquire new enterprise customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct contract negotiations, including pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms
  • Manage project budgets, quality, and delivery timelines
  • Identify client challenges and business needs, propose effective solutions, and analyze business impact
  • Coordinate and negotiate with clients, agencies, vendors, and external business partners
  • Lead and support internal project management activities
  • Prepare proposal documents, presentation materials, and competitive bidding presentations
  • Propose business strategies and growth plans
  • Develop sales strategies and manage sales targets and budgets


Required Qualifications

  • Fluent Japanese communication skills (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
  • Business level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in corporate / B2B sales
  • Experience working in the IT industry
  • Software, hardware, cloud, or IT services experience are all welcome
  • Strong client facing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • IT related certifications
  • Experience leading or driving sales initiatives as a core team member
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI
  • Understanding of Generative AI technologies and trends
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer or Consultant
