Industry: IT services and enterprise software — specializing in workflow automation, systems integration, and full-stack web application development. We deliver scalable automation solutions that digitize and orchestrate business processes across finance, operations, and customer service for enterprise clients. This is an on-site role based in Hyderabad, India. Primary title: Senior Full Stack Workflow Automation Developer.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend services to deliver modular, testable solutions.
  • Architect and implement workflow automation solutions using BPMN-based engines; model processes, implement service tasks, timers, and human tasks.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party systems using reliable patterns (webhooks, message queues, middleware).
  • Containerize and deploy services; collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD, observability, and automated testing.
  • Diagnose production issues, optimize application and workflow performance, and enforce security and data protection practices.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive architecture and engineering best practices across projects.
