What You’ll Do

You’ll be the driving force behind the Exclusive Seller Program, a premium service that helps property owners sell faster with guaranteed visibility and professional support.

Your Mission:

Turn leads into loyal clients and listings into sold properties.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Call and qualify seller leads sourced from FazWaz’s database, campaigns, and referrals.
  • Present the Exclusive Seller Program and close sellers into contracts.
  • Negotiate offers and advise sellers using real-time AI pricing data.
  • Coordinate with buyer agents, legal, and admin teams to ensure smooth closings.
  • Track every stage through the seller dashboard and maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Collect testimonials and build repeat/referral business after successful sales.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate, sales, or client management.
  • Confident communicator in Thai (English is a strong plus).
  • Data-driven thinker with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Tech-savvy, self-driven, and thrives in high-speed environments.
  • Hungry to learn, own, and grow faster than average.

Success Indicators

  • Number of sellers closed into the Exclusive Seller Program.
  • Lead-to-contract conversion rate.
  • Client satisfaction and referral rate.
  • CRM data accuracy and deal completion rate.
  • Contribution to team and program revenue targets.
