In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Builds and owns the long-term relationship (through proactive and reactive engagement) between Agoda and their strategic and/or key accounts (comprised of top producing hotel partners).
- Be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the performance of their accounts, typically from a portfolio of the top producing properties for the country
- Proactively engages Agoda's supply partners, utilizing exemplary Strategic Account Management (SAM) approaches and practices to drive mutual growth and maximize value.
- Actively manages supply partners, providing consultative services and tailor-made solutions to hotel partners to improve mutual revenue growth.
- Demonstrates a data driven and consultative approach to prioritizing tasks and delivering pitches that lead to high conversion for each hotel partner.
- Maintains meaningful & high-frequency engagement with supply partners, including a minimum of one face-to-face interaction a quarter.
- Responds to the needs and requests of hotel partners in a timely and effective manner.
- Is capable of handling both input and output KPIs and achieves their individual KPIs with minimal supervision from an Area Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and/or account management
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both external / internal stakeholders
- Experience in internet/e-commerce preferred
- Ability to convince senior stakeholders with insight from data and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
- Proven success in acquiring, building & maintaining long term customer relationships
- Adapts well to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create new, innovative ideas, and drive workstream to create impact from those ideas.
- Strong Proficiency in English and Thai
- Experience in Travel industry
