Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client facing – accountable for Brand overall satisfaction
- Monthly campaign discussion with Brand
- Moderate livestream session:
- Ensure visual assets for all various mini campaigns are ready to be passed on
- Understand all details on promo mechanic – which are focused SKU, what items are included in each focused sets, what are the GWPs entitled for each tiering
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies to improve engagement and reach
- Understand Brand Guideline, Do’s and Don’ts and Product information (KT workshop / meeting needs to be arranged)
- Develop detailed brief deck for livestream/video production request from brands
Ø Where are all the finalized visuals
Ø What promo for each campaign
Ø What SKU to push for each campaign
- Manage all enquiries / questions / complaints from Brand (except technical issues during livestream)
- Ways to improve livestream sales, engagement rate, watch time, conversion rate & quality
- Work with Content Creator for the latest TikTok trends and incorporate them into our content strategy
- Work with Content Creator to propose ideation to brands with a combination of branded content, product focused, latest trend, UGC etc
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies to improve engagement and reach
- Work with Content Creator to ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and guidelines.
