The Account Executive (AE) drives new revenue growth and expand our product and service footprint within mid‑market accounts across the telecommunications and systems integrator ecosystem. In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to quoting, negotiation, and deal closure—while collaborating closely with Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and other key internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, exceptional follow‑up discipline, and direct experience in the telecommunications or ICT industries. This includes familiarity with mobile and internet services, private connectivity, SD‑WAN, and enterprise ICT solutions .
Make an Impact by
- Hunt & grow: Prospect, qualify, and close new business while expanding existing accounts; build customer relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- Own the cycle end‑to‑end: Lead generation, value mapping, business case creation, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Sell the telecommunications and ICT solutions: Position solutions such as mobile, fiber internet & dedicated connectivity, SD‑WAN / SASE / secure edge, UCaaS, Cybersecurity, Network SaaS and EUC Opportunities.
- Forecast & operate: Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy in CRM (e.g., Salesforce); drive rigorous weekly reviews.
- Manage accounts for retention & expansion: Drive renewals, upsell/cross‑sell, service excellence, and NPS/KPI improvement for assigned enterprise/commercial portfolios.
- Customer First: Deliver delightful customer experience in every customer engagement.
- Minimum diploma with at least 2 years of sales experience
- Experienced in cold calling
- Engaging customers (including C-Level) for requirements and proposals
- Experience in working with various support teams in coming up with pricing, proposals
- Ability to identify opportunities and manage strong pipeline
- Basic Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel)
- Basic understanding of Telecommunications/ICT services
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence and ability to engage customers
