vehicles and large format printed elements for experiential marketing
and industrial solutions for brands across the industry spectrum
including Boeing, PepsiCo, and Anheuser-Busch. We pride ourselves on

to fabrication and the finishing touches of graphics and paint.
Our Craftsmen team includes one subsidiary, Schantz Manufacturing.
Schantz focuses on custom manufacturing of concession trailers for the
fair and festival industry.

- Position Title:*Account Executive - Graphics***
- Location:**St. Charles, MO
- Primary Responsibilities:**The Account Executive - Graphics is
customers and the expansion of existing client relationships within the
large-format and architectural graphics market. This role focuses on one
defined sales channel within a specific market and works closely with
Sales Management to identify new opportunities, penetrate targeted
accounts, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales
goals while maintaining established profit margins.
*Business Development & New Account Acquisition*
- Identify, target, and acquire new customers through disciplined,
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate assigned markets
- Actively identify emerging markets, applications, and business
*Account Management & Growth*
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by understanding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts,
- Expand account share through cross-selling and upselling of graphics
*Sales Performance & Financial Accountability*
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing strategies that

- Focus sales efforts within one defined business channel and specific
- Work closely with Sales Management to refine strategy, prioritize
- Partner with internal production, estimating, and project teams to
Required Skills
- High School diploma (or equivalent) and 2+ years of B2B sales
related visual communications.
- Proven ability to prospect, close new business, and grow existing
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle while meeting revenue and
- Working knowledge of graphics, print, or project-based sales
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working within a defined
- Proficient with CRM system and standard sales tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must demonstrate a consistent and stable work history, along with
