Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create long-term partnerships and ensure their needs are met.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and achieve annual sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Strategic Planning: Create and manage sales pipeline efforts. Participate in the annual budgeting process and adjust sales plans based on forecasted expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and IT teams to develop and deliver effective solutions.
- Market Insight: Monitor competitive products and marketing activities to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Performance Tracking: Track and measure the success of business efforts to ensure goals are met.
- Relationship Building: Ability to foster and strengthen client trust and loyalty.
- Opportunity Identification: Skillful at identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Presentation Skills: Confident in delivering persuasive presentations to secure new business.
- Visionary Thinking: Capable of articulating Helm’s value proposition and co-creating solutions with clients.
- Goal-Oriented: Focused on achieving results and meeting client objectives.
- Conflict Management: Effective in navigating and resolving conflicts.
- Accountability and Passion: Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability, urgency, and enthusiasm.
- Experience: 5+ years in Account Management or Business Development, preferably with Fortune 500 accounts.
- Customer Service: Proven track record in exemplary customer service.
- Sales Success: Demonstrated success in increasing sales and developing client relationships.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: Experience in product and/or concept development is a plus.
