We are seeking for our vacancy job as below detail;

Position: Key Account Specialist (Freight Forwarding)

Location: AIA East Gateway, Bangna

Key Responsibilities: -

Account Development & Growth (Farming – 50%)

  • Build, nurture, and sustain strong long-term partnerships with high‑value global and regional customers.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and year‑on‑year revenue growth across assigned key accounts.
  • Act as the customer advocate by understanding their business needs, industry challenges, and operational priorities.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Pricing, and Customer Service teams to ensure flawless shipment execution and service delivery.
  • Resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain customer trust and deepen business relationships.
  • Provide insights, performance analysis, and improvement recommendations to support account development.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records, forecasts, and reporting to ensure business transparency.

New Business Acquisition (Hunting – 50%)

  • Identify, target, and prospect strategic new customers within assigned verticals or trade lanes.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new opportunities by leveraging market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry networking.
  • Lead customer discovery, solution design, and proposal development to win new business.
  • Present DHL Global Forwarding (AFR/OFR) capabilities effectively to secure new accounts and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful conversion of new customers.

Qualification: -

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or a related logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of the global forwarding industry, including sector dynamics, AFR/OFR products, and operational processes.
  • Proven experience in both key account management and new business development.
  • Ability to identify customer needs, build long-term relationships, and translate requirements into commercial opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
