Product Marketing Manager – eCommerce Brands

We’re a fast-growing international portfolio of beauty brands, built to create products people genuinely love and use every day.

We are looking for a high-agency Product Marketing Manager to identify, validate, and launch new product and brand opportunities.

You will own the process from idea → market validation → brand concept → early traction.

This is not a corporate strategy role. This is for someone who can move fast, think commercially, execute independently, and turn raw ideas into real opportunities.

In this role, you will:

• Identify new product, brand, and market opportunities through research and trend analysis
• Generate and prioritize concepts based on demand, speed to launch, and commercial potential
• Run rapid validation tests
• Build brand foundations
• Manage freelancers, internal and external partners
• Coordinate lean execution sprints to move ideas quickly from concept to market test
• Prepare validated concepts for full product and brand development with clear handoff plans to internal teams

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in startups, venture building, growth, product launches, or innovation roles
• Has a proven track record of launching or validating successful products or brands
• Has strong instincts for messaging, positioning, branding, and customer appeal
• Brings experience in consumer, ecommerce, performance marketing, and AI tools
• Is resourceful, learns quickly and manages people well
• Proven ability to analyze noisy data and turn it into clear action
• Ownership mindset — you take responsibility proactively and push things forward
• Thrives in a fast-moving start-up environment
• Fluent in English
