We’re supporting a fast-growing AI scale-up founded by proven leaders who previously built and deployed some of the world’s most complex AI systems. Backed by top-tier investors and approaching a significant funding milestone, this is a chance to join right before a major inflection point.

Unlike many companies repackaging existing models, this team is developing new ways to teach AI systems company-specific processes, tackling one of the biggest challenges in getting AI into real-world production.

As one of the first engineers on the London platform team, you’ll be working side by side with the founders and product leaders, shaping both the technology and the company’s trajectory from day one.

What you’ll bring:

• 3–8 years of software engineering experience (backend or full-stack)
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and TypeScript (Rust/C or other low-level languages a plus)
• Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally early-stage or high-growth companies
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate closely with technical and product leaders
• Willingness to work on site in London, five days a week
