Product manager
Indexed description
Backed by the Loomis Group, a financially strong and trusted global leader, Loomis Pay combines long‑term stability with the ambition to keep evolving how payments work for merchants. For Product Managers, this means working in a company where the platform is real, customers are live, and product decisions have immediate and visible impact. This is a moment where execution quality, customer understanding, and strong judgment matter more than slides.
About The Role
As a Product Manager at Loomis Pay, you own your product area end‑to‑end — from understanding real merchant and partner needs to shaping what we build and making sure we deliver it well. You help grow the products that connect partners, Point-Of-Sale (POS)solutions, and merchants to our payment platform across multiple markets.
You work closely with engineering, commercial teams, partners, and support, but you are accountable for clarity, prioritisation, trade‑offs, and outcomes. You stay close to customers and operational reality, actively seeking direct signal and turning it into pragmatic product decisions that improve merchant experience and country‑level POS strategies.
What You Will Do
- Own product vision and roadmap through clear, high‑impact prioritisation
- Drive features end‑to‑end from discovery to iteration
- Represent merchant and country needs in product decisions
- Improve payment performance and reliability across markets
- Support partner onboarding and integrations (APIs, terminals, POS)
- Work cross‑functionally to remove friction and deliver outcomes
- Make clear trade‑offs balancing value, platform health, and speed
- Product Manager experience in payments, fintech, POS, or similar domains
- Strong technical grasp of APIs, integrations, acquiring, and transaction flows
- Comfortable working closely with engineers across business and technical topics
- Structured, analytical, and collaborative, with solid product judgement
- Experience in fast‑growing, multi‑market environments
- Customer‑driven, ownership‑minded, and accountable for outcomes
You will take meaningful ownership in a company with strong backing, long‑term commitment, and the ambition to continuously improve how payments are delivered across markets. If you care about building products that work in the real world — and being accountable for the results — this is a role where your impact will be clear.
