Software Engineer III, Flume ML

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in software development (e.g., C++, Python).
• 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with distributed systems and infrastructure.
• Experience with Machine Learning (ML) infrastructure.
• Experience with data structures and algorithms.

In this role, you will advance the schedulability and autotuning capabilities of the data processing infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between infrastructure and the products that rely on it.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end small-to-medium size data processing features.
• Use Artificial Intelligence (AI)-tools for developing new data processing capabilities.
• Work with mission critical customers on their schedulability tests.
• Analyze performance data and design data-motivated solutions.
