Activities

  • Lead tactical and key relationships with regional Labeling and Artwork client leadership and departmental leads (on the client-side)
  • Activate tactical plans by demonstrating a deep understanding of the client’s goals, objectives, market, business priorities, and dynamics.
  • Provide thought leadership, insights, and perspectives that support client initiatives and align services and solutions with client needs
  • Establish key targets for service, delivery and continuous improvement with regular measurement, analysis, and reporting
  • Own and drive disciplined reporting and communication including Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews
  • Maintain existing business relationship with assigned clients by monitoring progress of ongoing client projects and helping to address any issues or problems
  • Support Regional Sr. Account Director to attain the financial and performance metrics through KPIs and other key measures; take ownership to drive continuous improvement thereof
  • Remotely manage a team of employees across multiple geographies
  • Work with Regional Sr. Account Director to develop and deliver innovative proposals to capture and create value for the client and SGx
  • Ensure client retention is maximized by facilitating the delivery of custom-tailored solutions
  • Ensure the health of the client relationship is optimized; where direct line reports are involved, structure account teams and individual development plans, including succession planning
  • Ensure process consistency and adherence to the client’s standards

  • Achieve targets – client health, revenue, forecasting, and margins
  • Meet KPIs in place for clients handled
  • Attain Right First Time targets for client portfolio managed
  • Accounts Receivables target does not exceed client credit terms in place
