- Define product requirements and functional specifications for new solutions.
- Build business cases that justify investment, articulate value, and prioritize projects for development teams.

- Evaluate product performance, identify gaps, and define/execute actions needed to strengthen the portfolio.
- Guide enhancements, updates, and lifecycle decisions to maximize product success.
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Analyze where products are winning and where they are underperforming, then define strategies to bolster performance.
- Set and refine market‑based pricing strategies that support margin goals and competitive positioning.
- Understand customer demand trends by partnering closely with the sales organization.
- Manage product improvements, change approvals, and product obsolescence in alignment with business plans via the Engineering Request process
- Lead Marketing Strategy for the Portfolio
- Partner with MarCom to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, interest, and adoption.
- Support incentive programs, promotional campaigns, and messaging that elevate the water quality portfolio.
- Ensure marketing efforts align with product strategy and business growth objectives.

- Business acumen — understands margin flows, portfolio performance, and financial analysis.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with data‑driven decision‑making and competitive evaluation.
- Influence and collaboration — able to align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
