アカウントマネージャーとして、大切なクライアント様のモバイルユーザー定着率向上を牽引する役割を担っていただきます。キャンペーンのパフォーマンスを最適化・分析するための優れた分析力と、タイトな納期に対応できる自律的な業務遂行能力が求められます。

職務内容：

• 既存および新規キャンペーンを運用し、当社プロダクトのパフォーマンスを最大化すること
• 新しいアイデアをチームと共有し、実行に移すこと
• 他部門と円滑に連携し、成果を上げること

応募要件：

• デジタルパフォーマンス型広告キャンペーンの運用経験3年以上
• デジタル広告および分析プラットフォームの経験
• 優れた分析力
• モバイル広告に関する知識
• 英語が流暢であること（歓迎）
• サードパーティのアトリビューションツール（Appsflyer、Adjust、Branch、Appmetricaなど）の経験
• 日本語での優れたコミュニケーション能力、および業界の主要プレイヤーと戦略的な関係を構築できる能力
• 学士号必須（経済学、経営学、または類似分野が望ましい）
• ペースの速い、締切重視の環境下で働ける能力
• 強い責任感と結果志向

At YouAppi, we’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind boosting mobile retention for our valued clients. Your role will require strong analytical skills to optimize and analyze campaign performance and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.

We're seeking an Adtech pro who thrives in a team environment, possesses exceptional communication and analytical skills, and can navigate high-pressure demands of delivering results, taking ownership, and leveraging sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Operating both existing and new campaigns to maximize the performance of our product
• Sharing new idea and implementing to the team
• Seamless working with cross department to deliver

Requirements:

• +3 years of experience managing digital performance-based advertising campaigns
• Experience with digital advertising and analytics platforms
• Superior analytical skills
• Knowledge of mobile advertising
• Fluency in English - a plus
• Experience with third-party attribution (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Appmetrica, etc)
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and the ability to create strategic relationships with key players in the industry
• BA - a must, preferably in Economics, Business Management or other similar fields
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Highly committed and results-oriented
