Oracle PL/SQL Developer w/.Net

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Oracle PL/SQL Developer w/.Net to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements

• More than 9 years of experience in a similar role (Senior/Expert Database (Oracle PL-SQL) developer);
• Technical environment: SQL (PL-SQL Oracle), C # and framework 4.5, Batch (C#, Tasks) scheduled by Control-M, Web (Asp.Net MVC, Web API, Angular 6), Web Service (WCF), Heavy client (WPF), BigData (Hadoop, SQOOP, Spark, Sol'R);
• A strong interest in SQL is required (Performance/SQL Code and complex queries);
• Knowledge in C #/.Net;

• Fluency in English – minimum B2 mandatory;
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
• Experience with code versioning, CI/CD tools and TDD;
• Good communication skills, innovative thinking and proactive attitude;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• French is a plus (but not mandatory);
• Financial knowledge is highly valued.
