Python Developer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about building high‑performance systems that support critical risk decision‑making? Then this position is for you.

As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and evolving the core frameworks used for data integration and the calculation of market and counterparty risk metrics within a large‑scale risk ecosystem.

Build Side

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable Python code
• Develop core frameworks for data integration and risk metric calculations
• Rapidly prototype solutions to validate new technical and functional concepts
• Apply object‑oriented and functional programming paradigms effectively
• Contribute to scalable architecture and design aligned with enterprise standards
• Collaborate on innovation initiatives related to automation, AI and development practices

Run Side

• Identify performance bottlenecks, bugs and reliability issues and implement durable solutions
• Ensure high performance, quality and responsiveness of applications in production
• Incrementally deliver features to meet evolving business and risk requirements
• Write and maintain unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests
• Work within a SAFe Agile framework in close collaboration with international teams

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding software development environments, ideally within complex or data‑intensive systems. You enjoy solving challenging problems, working on scalable solutions and continuously improving the way systems are built and run. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology, innovation and collaboration go hand in hand.

You have built a solid foundation as a Python developer and are motivated to grow further in large‑scale, business‑critical systems. You are keen to deepen your expertise in risk‑related platforms, architecture, performance optimization and cross‑team innovation, while contributing actively to Agile delivery and technical excellence.

• Python (expert level), including ecosystem knowledge and architectural patterns
• Object‑oriented and functional programming paradigms
• SQL and relational databases
• Unit, integration and end‑to‑end testing practices
• Scalable application design principles
• Agile / SAFe methodologies
• Development in a collaborative, international and Agile environment
