Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei for an Athlete & Influencer Marketing Manager. The role includes developing, managing, and executing influencer partnerships and athlete marketing strategies to expand the brand's visibility in cycling, baseball, and racquet sports. Responsibilities include identifying and partnering with athletes and influencers, overseeing sponsorship programs, coordinating events and collaborations, and creating performance-driven campaigns. The role requires ongoing collaboration with the marketing and product teams to align ambassador programs with brand goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in athlete and influencer management, marketing strategy, and creating partnerships
- Strong project management, organizational, and event coordination skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge and passion for cycling, baseball, and racquet sports, with a strong understanding of relevant markets and trends
- Proficiency in digital marketing and using social media for brand promotion
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in sports marketing or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related discipline
