Key Responsibility
Category Strategy & Growth
- Define and implement clear category vision and strategy.
- Translate consumer and market insights into growth plans that strengthen brand authority.
- Partner with regional/global teams to adapt strategies to local market needs.
- Create and lead breakthrough IMC campaigns that connect medical science with consumer aspirations.
- Deliver 360° activations across clinics, e-commerce, digital, PR, social, and consumer events.
- Integrate professional advocacy with consumer storytelling to drive trust and conversion.
- Work with Medical Marketing, E-Commerce, Training, and Sales to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Partner with Sales to align marketing priorities with sell-in and sell-out objectives.
- Act as central driver ensuring IMC campaigns achieve both equity and commercial results.
- Be hands-on: manage campaign briefing, asset adaptation, event activation, and reporting.
- Lead agency partners while optimizing resources for maximum ROI.
- Track KPIs (awareness, engagement, conversion, category contribution) and deliver clear business insights.

- 7+years in product management / consumer marketing (beauty, skincare, healthcare, FMCG).
- Proven success in brand/category building and consumer campaign leadership.
- Creative thinker with strong business acumen and ROI mindset.
- Hands-on executor who thrives in an agile, entrepreneurial team.
- Strong analytical and storytelling ability.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator (Medical, E-Commerce, Training, Sales).
- Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in English.
