Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer (Backend-Oriented) to join one of our biggest clients, a major Portuguese multinational group operating across several business areas, with a strong focus on technology-driven corporate solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

You will be part of a Corporate Tech team, contributing to the evolution of critical people-related platforms with high impact at scale. Offices in Maia (hybrid model – 2 days per week on-site)

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and evolve backend-oriented full-stack solutions using .NET and ReactJS

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure efficient data persistence using PostgreSQL

• Contribute to technical design decisions, system integrations, and architectural evolution

• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and adherence to best development practices

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in environments with complex integrations

• Support CI/CD processes and contribute to observability and monitoring practices

What you are like:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar

• Solid senior-level experience in backend development with .NET (C#)

• Strong experience building REST APIs and working with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL

• Experience with ReactJS for frontend development

• Knowledge of modern architectures such as microservices, event-driven systems, and containers/Kubernetes

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus

• Experience using AI code assistants

• Exposure to low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems) and/or RPA is a plus
