- Account Management
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Follow up on ongoing orders and ensure timely reordering
- Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities for growth
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Work closely with the sales team to follow up on new leads
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products and schedule meetings
- Qualify leads and coordinate handoff to external sales representatives when needed
- Process and track customer orders in coordination with operations
- Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding order status
- Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Send product information, marketing materials, and samples to customers and sales representatives
- Ensure all stakeholders have updated and relevant product information
- Proven experience in account management, internal sales, or customer service
- Strong phone sales and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
- Proactive, results-driven mindset
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices (preferred but not required)
- Full-time, office-based position in Aventura, Florida
- Collaborative work with internal sales and management teams
