Commercial Account Manager/Producer/CSR/Operations

Job Summary

Seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join a growing team as Commercial Account Managers, Commercial Producers, Customer Service Representatives (CSR), or Operations Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and family-oriented organization that specializes in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance with a focus on commercial lines, particularly in the hospitality and self-storage sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, a builder mentality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a growing book of business, focusing on hospitality and self-storage accounts ranging from $25,000 to $400,000 in size
  • Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business (approximately 40% new business, 20% renewals)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, increase efficiency, and scale operations
  • Act as a critical thinker and problem solver, contributing to the growth and success of the organization
  • Support the transition from offshore administrative resources and assist in building a robust back-office team

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of Property & Casualty lines
  • Active 2-20 insurance license is required
  • Proficiency in insurance software such as EZLynx; familiarity with AMS360 is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a resource-limited environment
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • A builder mentality with a focus on improving processes and scaling operations for long-term success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed (for producers only)
