About Dreame

Dreame is a fast-growing global company specializing in smart home appliances, including robotic vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuums, wet & dry vacuums, and other innovative cleaning solutions. As we continue to expand in the European market, we are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to drive our core product categories in France.


Key Responsibilities

1. Take full ownership of core product categories in the French market, driving sales growth across key channels.

2. Develop and manage relationships with local distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

3. Expand channel coverage and identify new business opportunities to increase market penetration.

4. Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, promotions, and annual agreements with partners.

5. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, HQ) to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance, providing actionable insights.

7. Collaborate with marketing team on sell-out activities, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

8. Take responsibility for sales targets, forecasting, and regular business reporting.


Requirements

1. 3–8 years of experience in channel sales or key account management, preferably in consumer electronics, SDA, or home appliances.

2. Strong understanding of the French retail landscape and channel structure.

3. Existing network with distributors or retailers in France is a strong plus.

4. Chinese speaking (Mandarin) is required; fluent in French and English.

5. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a result-driven mindset.

6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

7. Willingness to travel within France as required.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing core categories or full P&L responsibility

• Experience working in a fast-growing international company

• Familiar with both online and offline channel operations
