Your Mission
In this hybrid role, you will balance strategic relationship building with sales-driven expansion. You'll be the dedicated advisor for a French-speaking portfolio, turning satisfied users into long-term partners.
Core Responsibilities:
- Partnership Management: Serve as the primary consultant for key stakeholders, building trust and maintaining long-term loyalty.
- Advocacy & Adoption: Ensure clients fully integrate our software into their workflows to meet their specific business goals.
- Revenue Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while managing the renewal process to minimize churn.
- Client Onboarding: Lead new users through a seamless implementation phase to ensure early success.
- Strategic Reporting: Analyze usage metrics and "account health" to lead business reviews and demonstrate ROI to your clients.
- Internal Liaison: Act as the voice of the customer, working with technical and product teams to resolve issues and share market trends from the French sector.
- Language Skills: Native or C2-level French (including cultural/business nuance) and professional-level English (B2/C1) for internal collaboration.
- Experience: At least 1 year of B2B sales experience (Account Management, Inside Sales, or Customer Success).
- Communication: A persuasive communicator who can simplify complex tech concepts and negotiate effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience with CRMs (like Salesforce) and a quick learner of new software platforms.
- Result-Driven: Motivated by hitting targets and seeing both the client and the company thrive.
- Compensation: €1,760 gross monthly salary (distributed over 14 months) plus a €50 monthly meal voucher.
- Hybrid Flexibility: Work 2 days on-site for collaboration and 3 days from home, provided performance targets are met.
