Job Description

The Associate Channel Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with channel partners to resell IDEAL solutions. This role focuses on driving growth, achieving quota targets, and ensuring partner satisfaction through effective relationship management, training, and support.


Responsibilities

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned system integrators
  • Cross and up sell the entire brands portfolio represented by IDEAL
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Operate as the single point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed targets
  • Monitor and identify areas and clients which have potential and collaborate with sales teams to ensure Business Growth
  • Monitor own business performance, forecasting and reporting on the planned vs. achieved results
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate to marketing events and/or workshops


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, partner enablement, or sales operations, ideally in a technology or vendor-facing environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take initiative
  • Strong "hunter" mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Well-organized with effective time and activity management skills to handle a diverse, high-volume workload
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting
