Position Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Sales Manager to lead
Reolink's expansion across major US retail landscapes. You will serve as the primary
strategic architect for our retail presence, driving high-level negotiations and securing
prime shelf placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Acquisition: Identify and penetrate untapped Tier-1 retail
- Top-Level Negotiation: Direct annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) and line
- P&L & Margin Management: Full accountability for account profitability, managing
rebates.
- Portfolio Strategy: Influence the product roadmap by providing market intelligence
home security sector.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to

- 10+ years of experience in Retail Business Development or Key Account
- Proven track record of managing multi-million USD accounts at Home Depot, Best
- Extensive network of existing relationships with senior retail buyers in the
