Account Executive - Creative Agency

We’re working with a well-established creative agency in Dubai that is looking to bring on an Account Executive to support across a mix of exciting brand and social-led projects. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who has already had some exposure to social media and is looking to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.

The role

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the wider client servicing team across day-to-day account management. You’ll be involved in campaign coordination, client communication, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

Given the nature of the work, there is a strong focus on social and content, so any hands-on experience in this space will be highly valuable.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in managing client relationships and day-to-day communications
• Assist in the delivery of integrated campaigns, with a strong focus on social media
• Coordinate internally with creative, strategy and production teams
• Help manage timelines, briefs and approvals to ensure smooth project delivery
• Contribute to content planning and social media calendars
• Monitor campaign performance and support with reporting

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience within an agency environment (creative, digital or social)
• Exposure to social media management or content creation is highly preferred
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Proactive, eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential
