About the role


Ruijie Networks is looking for a Key Account Sales Manager focused on ODM/AIDC and ICT major accounts. The role can be based in Beijing or Nanjing and will own target ODM key account development, product introduction, commercialization support and annual business results.



Responsibilities


- Develop and manage target ODM key accounts through the full account lifecycle; build deep and stable customer relationships.


- Respond to ODM customer product introduction needs and drive the end-to-end product introduction process with internal teams.


- Work with customers on market promotion and sales execution to support successful commercialization of introduced products.


- Execute the department's key account strategy and develop qualified new ODM target customers.


- Identify FOP cooperation opportunities and incremental growth potential from existing breakthrough customers.


- Own annual volume, revenue/gross margin and other core business targets.


- Conduct deep account planning and collect multi-dimensional customer information to build a structured customer intelligence system.



Requirements


- Bachelor's degree or above.


- 5+ years of ICT industry key account sales, strategic account or major account management experience.


- Experience related to ODM/OEM/AIDC/data center/ICT hardware, networking equipment, servers, storage or similar infrastructure is strongly preferred.


- Strong sales strategy capability, including account planning and complex business analysis for major customers.


- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional resources and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.


- Strong market insight, execution ownership, teamwork and willingness to challenge ambitious goals.
