Duties/Responsibilities
Technical Development
- Learn fundamentals of HVAC systems, BAS, and controls integration.
- Assist in site walks, system assessments, and data collection.
- Support development of energy efficiency solutions.
- Support sales team in identifying opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Assist in developing proposals and estimates.
- Build relationships with stakeholders.
- Participate in industry events.
- Conduct market research.
- Assist with project turnover and coordination.
- Phase 1: Industry fundamentals
- Phase 2: Field training
- Phase 3: Sales training
- Phase 4: Pipeline development
- Business acumen and understanding of finance.
- Motivated team player.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving.
- Ability to present information to a variety of audiences, external and internal.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Engineering Technology
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in technical sales
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Stable Base Salary: Competitive fixed salary ($65k) during the immersive training phases.
- Allowances: Monthly vehicle allowance of $450 and cell phone allowance of $50 provided.
