The Regional Sales Executive is a hunter‑focused, new‑business sales role responsible for growing an industrial solutions portfolio within warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics environments.
This position is remote and based in Arizona, ideally near a major airport, and requires significant regional travel. Success in this role comes from building a territory from scratch, identifying greenfield builds, expansions, and major facility upgrades, and closing long‑cycle, multi‑stakeholder capital projects.
You must have B2B sales experience selling into:
- Warehousing
- Distribution / 3PL
- Manufacturing
- Industrial / Construction operations environments
- Familiarity with operations‑heavy, high‑throughput facilities
Type: Direct hire, Must already reside near one of the major airports in the following cities: Phoenix, Las Vegas, Reno, Portlan, or Salt Lake City
Travel: Up to 50% in the region
Base Salary: $100,000 to $110,000
Commission: Uncapped
Regional Sales Executive Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial, construction, logistics, or capex‑driven environments
- Proven experience selling capital equipment or capital projects, not transactional products
- Demonstrated success building new territories and new logos, not managing large inherited books
- Strong hunter mentality with comfort prospecting, opening doors, and closing net‑new business
- Experience selling directly to plant managers, safety leaders, facility managers, and operations executives
- Ability to manage longer sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and site‑based decision making
- Comfortable working independently and creating a territory strategy (western states) with minimal oversight
- Highly organized and process‑driven, with strong CRM discipline (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot to support prospecting, research, and deal efficiency
- Must be able to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Regional Sales Executive Duties
- Prospect and close new capital project opportunities tied to greenfield construction, expansions, and safety upgrades
- Build direct relationships with end‑user buyers, including plant managers, safety directors, operations leaders, and GCs
- Conduct on‑site assessments to identify safety risks and recommend tailored, premium safety solutions
- Own territory planning, pipeline generation, and deal execution from first contact through close
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity reporting using CRM tools
- Leverage AI‑enabled tools to improve research quality, shorten sales cycles, and increase close rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction post‑sale
- Attend regional industry events and stay current on trends in industrial construction, logistics, and manufacturing safety
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while establishing trusted‑partner status in the region
