About the Role:

As a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager, you will focus on the demand side of our BidMachine Premium Programmatic Advertising Exchange, working closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize inventory flow and maximize revenue opportunities for our clients. You will also ensure customer success, helping partners scale their opportunities to capture successful outcomes for their campaigns and clients' campaigns, growing their businesses through our platform. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Ad Tech, and programmatic advertising, and experience with demand-side partners, PMP programs, and sophisticated demand-side tactics. Working with SSPs, DSPs, Major Ad Exchanges Agencies, and Brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for key customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Support and develop existing client partnerships, tracking performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities. We are a proactive team– always looking for new opportunities in real time.
  • Help customers optimize their monetization strategies using BidMachine's Exchange and expertise.
    • Monitor & adjust QPS settings while ensuring all integration health metrics are maintained at optimal levels
    • Actively engage with customers, addressing their needs, troubleshooting issues & providing strategic guidance to maximize revenue potential
  • Develop tailored growth plans for assigned partners based on key KPIs such as UA, Monetization, and Product metrics.
  • Conduct online sessions with clients to educate them on best practices in mobile monetization and programmatic advertising.
  • Advocate for client needs by working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to improve our offerings.
  • Analyze customer data and prepare reports on key performance indicators, predicting trends and tracking client success.
Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development, Account Management, or Sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of AdTech, programmatic advertising, and supply-side monetization.
  • Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, and RTB technologies.
  • Knowledge of key advertising metrics and their interpretation (e.g., CPM, Fill Rate, eCPM, ROAS, LTV).
  • Experience with attribution solutions like Appsflyer and Adjust is a plus.
  • Ability to produce documentation including QBR'and build scalable client success processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • On-site work (Barcelona).
