As we continue to expand across the U.S. market, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Off-Premise Account Manager to drive growth in the Off-Premise channel, working with key retail partners such as liquor stores and grocery stores.

Role Overview

As an Off-Premise Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and expanding Beluga Vodka’s presence in strategic off-premise accounts. This includes opening new retail doors, driving distribution and sales growth, managing relationships with buyers and store managers, and ensuring strong brand visibility at the point of sale.

The role requires a field-first approach, with 80–90% of time spent in-market, and a clear focus on achieving performance KPIs such as new distribution points, incremental displays, and sales growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, open, and develop high-potential off-premise accounts, including liquor stores and grocery stores. Secure brand placements, premium shelf space, and displays.
  • Deliver commercial and financial goals by driving distribution gains, display execution, and volume growth across the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and store managers at independent and larger retail accounts.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, including new listings, distribution points, and display execution.
  • Track activities and submit reports in the company CRM, including KPI progress, account visits, promotions, competitor activity, and special projects.
  • Ensure prominent shelf positioning, endcaps, floor displays, and effective implementation of POS materials to maximize Beluga Vodka’s presence.
  • Partner with retail staff to plan and execute promotions, tastings, and consumer engagement events that drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Train retail staff on Beluga Vodka’s brand values, product details, and selling points to strengthen advocacy and ensure consistent execution.


Required Skills / Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in spirits or wine sales within the Off-Premise channel.
  • Strong knowledge of the retail landscape, including liquor stores and grocery stores.
  • Proven track record of opening new retail accounts and growing distribution in a competitive market.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while managing multiple priorities and schedules.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, with 80–90% of time spent in-market.
  • Experience working with luxury or premium spirits brands is a strong plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for daily travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
