What You'll Do:

  • Technical Excellence: Write clean, maintainable .NET C# code that sets the standard for the team while regularly delivering high-quality working software.
  • Architecture & Strategy: Drive high-level technical decision-making, identifying trade-offs and risks while ensuring organization-wide alignment.
  • System Design: Apply microservice and event-driven architectures (Kafka) to build modern, scalable applications.
  • SRE & Quality: Define SRE standards for production monitoring and incident response, ensuring all critical systems are documented with technical guides.
  • Operations & Infrastructure: Deploy and scale cloud applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Code Quality: Provide insightful, comprehensive code reviews and ensure automated regression tests are implemented for complex fixes.
  • Innovation: Help provide direction and vision for technical improvements and drive change across multiple engineering teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Core Expertise: 10+ years of professional experience with .NET C# and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Architecture Knowledge: Expert knowledge of microservices patterns and event-driven architectures (2+ years with Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ).
  • Data Systems: Deep experience with NoSQL databases such as ElasticSearch, Dynamo, or MongoDB, with an understanding of use-case-specific deployment.
  • Modern Tooling: Strong proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Agile Mindset: Proven track record of working successfully in an Agile environment and quickly mastering complex, enterprise-scale codebases.
  • Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated ability to lead projects, organize engineering community events, and coordinate risk mitigation across teams.
