About Us

We are a growing outdoor and fishing company expanding rapidly in the North American market. Our manufacturing operations are based in China, with established warehouse and office operations in Vista, California. Funwater Outdoor and Silent North Fishing are our two main brands.

As we continue to scale our U.S. retail presence, we are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to lead relationships with Costco and other major retail accounts as we are planning to build a US factory next year.

This is a full-time position. We are flexible on location and are open to building a local office around the right candidate.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with Costco buyers and other major retail accounts
  • Lead retail sales strategy, account growth, and business development initiatives
  • Manage product presentations, pricing negotiations, forecasting, and promotional planning
  • Coordinate with internal product, supply chain, and marketing teams to support retail programs
  • Identify opportunities for new product placement and retail expansion
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and retail performance metrics
  • Help shape long-term retail channel strategy in the U.S. market


Qualifications
  • Previous experience working directly with Costco is strongly preferred
  • OR experience as a National Account Manager for brands selling into major retail or club channels
  • Strong understanding of large retail account operations and vendor processes
  • Existing retail buyer relationships are a significant advantage
  • Experience in outdoor, sporting goods, marine, fishing, or consumer products preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment
