Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional yet fun environment where your ideas will be valued, and your contributions will make a difference.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 (Target: $50,000)
  • Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and handle routine tasks such as:
    • Issuing ID cards
    • Updating auto and home policies
  • Direct calls to the appropriate team members for renewals and new business
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those newer to the industry
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute ideas
  • Work Ethic: Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing top-notch service
