This is your mission

Are you passionate about building high-performance, scalable financial systems using modern Java technologies? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will join a global technology team responsible for delivering software solutions supporting Prime Services and Stock Loan & Borrowing (SLAB) businesses. You will contribute to building robust, secure, and scalable microservice-based architectures used by global financial markets.

You will work closely with international teams to design, develop, and deliver critical systems that support trading and client-facing services

Build Side

• Design and develop high-quality Java-based microservices using modern development practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Build secure REST APIs and messaging-based architectures
• Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, and technical specifications
• Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
• Work in a Scrum-based Agile environment
• Participate in continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Ensure strong automation in development and deployment processes

Run Side

• Ensure high-quality delivery through automated testing and validation
• Support monitoring, stability, and performance of applications
• Collaborate with global teams across different locations and time zones
• Participate in production support and incident resolution when needed
• Maintain and improve existing systems and services
• Ensure code quality, reliability, and operational excellence

This is your background

You have 5+ years of experience as a Java developer in complex, high-performance environments. You are comfortable working on large-scale distributed systems and enjoy building reliable backend services in the financial domain or similar industries.

You are self-driven, quality-focused, and comfortable working in hybrid, international teams.

This Is Your Expertise

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Solid experience with JUnit and automated testing frameworks
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of Oracle databases
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Experience with secure REST API design and development
• Understanding of CI/CD and modern DevOps practices
• Knowledge of financial markets (Prime Services / SLAB) is a plus
