YOUR ROLE

The RPA Developer will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and improvement of automated processes on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform, under the direct supervision of the team.

• Participate in the analysis of manual processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop and test RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath.
• Maintain and update existing workflows, ensuring their efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure both functional and technical alignment.
• Document automated processes and support the team’s knowledge management.

• Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development (preferably with UiPath).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and programming logic.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
