What Will You Do as a Sales Development Representative?

Engage with finance and IT leaders to understand their business structure and needs.

Introduce them to our consultative process, highlighting how our analysis can benefit their bottom line.

Generate interest and secure meetings with decision-makers, paving the way for significant technology cost savings and value creation.

Compensation:

SpyGlass offers a compensation package that rewards individual performance, including:

Starting Annual Base Salary: $45k

Monthly Uncapped Commissions

Monthly Bonuses

Advancement Opportunities

Salary and Commission Increases through promotion within Sales Development and beyond

Annual Base Salary = $45,000-$50,000

Annual Base Salary + Monthly Uncapped Commissions (OTE) = $65,000-$85,000


Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required

0 - 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field
