We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive execution and performance across key growth levers. This role owns end-to-end marketing performance across four core areas: Brand & Positioning, Performance Marketing, Customer Lifecycle & CRM, and Data Governance.

You will manage a team (11–20 people) and be responsible for turning strategy into execution, leveraging AI-first and AI-driven approaches to scale output, improve decision-making, and maximize efficiency.

Scope of Work

  • Brand & Positioning (AI-first)
  • Define and execute AI-assisted organic social media strategy (content creation, calendar, engagement)
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns (end-to-end) (AI-supported creative testing and messaging refinement)
  • Manage PR initiatives and media relationships
  • Own events strategy (online and offline)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Partner with Growth/Product to align brand with business goals
  • Performance Marketing (AI-driven)
  • Manage and optimize paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) using AI-driven bidding, targeting, and optimization tools
  • Plan and execute OOH campaigns when relevant
  • Allocate and manage budgets across channels AI-supported performance insights
  • Run structured experimentation (creatives, audiences, funnels) with AI-generated variations
  • Optimize CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with creative and data teams for performance improvements using AI
  • Customer Lifecycle & CRM (AI-driven)
  • Manage CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot) with AI-powered segmentation and personalization
  • Design and optimize lifecycle journeys (onboarding, activation, retention)
  • Execute email marketing and push notification strategies with AI-assisted copy and send-time optimization
  • Improve key funnel metrics (activation, conversion, retention)
  • Run lifecycle experiments and A/B tests at scale using AI
  • Align with Product and Sales on user experience and monetization
  • Data Governance (Marketing) (AI-enabled)
  • Own tracking and analytics setup (GA4, Firebase, etc.)
  • Ensure proper attribution across channels
  • Maintain data quality and consistency across tools
  • Oversee integrations between CRM, paid media, and analytics platforms
  • Enable AI-ready data infrastructure (clean, structured, integrated) to support automation and decision-making
  • Build and maintain dashboards for performance tracking
  • Support experimentation with accurate and reliable data

Key Responsibilities (Cross-functional)

  • Report on performance and continuously optimize results
  • Drive execution across the full marketing funnel using AI to increase speed and leverage
  • Manage and develop a team of 11–20 people with AI-native workflows
  • Ensure alignment with Product, Sales, Ops, and Finance
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact and resources

Core Requisites

  • Spotless fluency in English (non-negotiable) Must communicate clearly and naturally in a global environment across content, campaigns, and cross-functional work.
  • Proven track record in paid acquisition (3+ years) Demonstrated success running paid ad campaigns with strong
  • ROAS across multiple channels (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • 5+ years of branding experience Hands-on experience building a brand through in-person and online events, content creation, and PR.
  • Strong growth & performance mindset Focus on acquisition, funnels, and measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on execution (not just strategy) Ability to launch campaigns, test quickly, and iterate.
  • Data-driven decision making Comfortable with analytics, experimentation, and optimization.

Compensation

  • Competitive base + uncapped performance-based upside tied directly to revenue growth, unit economics, and strategic impact.
  • Uncapped Variable Compensation High performers are not capped. Compensation scales with measurable business outcomes.
