We’re looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing Ranier Schoolwear division.
Supporting over schools across NSW, QLD and the ACT, this role offers the opportunity to manage key partnerships, influence uniform programs end-to-end, and contribute directly to the growth of a well-established and respected business.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will:
- Manage key school relationships
- Drive growth across the portfolio
- Play a central role in how we deliver uniform programs across Australia
Success in This Role Looks Like
- Building strong, trusted relationships with school stakeholders
- Identifying and unlocking growth opportunities across the portfolio
- Delivering high-quality, competitive tender submissions
- Maintaining clear communication across internal teams
- Consistently delivering against deadlines and expectations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of school accounts
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Act as the link between Sales, Product, and Client Support teams
- Contribute to tenders, pricing, and new product development briefs
- Maintain proactive, professional communication with stakeholders
- Drive commercial outcomes while maintaining strong customer experience
- Monitor and report on sales performance and customer activity
About You
- Proven experience in account management or sales with a track record of results
- Commercially minded and proactive in your approach
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in apparel, uniform, or textile industries (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
