We are hiring driven, entry-level professionals who want to build a career in the professional search field. You'll gain hands on experience in the full-cycle recruiting process and through managing client relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and engage companies with strategic hiring needs through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and targeted research.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring all activities and insights are accurately documented in the CRM.
- Client Qualification: Research organizations to understand their hiring challenges and determine where Bridgeway can provide value, partnering with leadership for smooth handoffs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-caliber professionals through research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial conversations to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit aligned with client needs.
- Interview & Process Coordination: Manage interview logistics, prepare candidates, and support offer negotiation to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients and placed candidates to support long-term partnership and residual business.
What We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or a client-facing, performance-driven role
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage details while maintaining a big-picture perspective
- Confidence and professionalism in working directly with both clients and candidates
- High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously without compromising quality or execution
