  • Building data pipelines and analytics tools to provide actionable insights and predictive capabilities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate community and operational needs into technical solutions.
  • Deploying and managing applications in AWS cloud environments.
  • Ensuring application performance, scalability, and security best practices are met.

Qualifications for the Senior Software Engineer include:

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack software development.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and deployment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude AI) or strong interest in applying AI to product development.
  • Experience building internal tools, workflow systems, or data-driven applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working within healthcare, Medicaid, or social services environments.

Compensation for the Senior Software Engineer includes:

  • Salary Range: $170,000-$180,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, holidays, and sick leave as required by law.
