Over the past year, our team has validated the U.S. market through direct factory visits and customer development across America. Now, we are entering the next phase: scaling the U.S. business with local founding members.

This is more than a typical sales role.

You’ll help build the market, grow the business, and develop deep expertise in industrial sales and manufacturing operations.

💰 Compensation

OTE: $70K–$120K+ depending on experience and performance.

Breakdown:

• 75% base salary, paid in 24 installments (bi-weekly payments)
• 25% variable commission, capped at 200% KPI achievement

Who We’re Looking For

• B2B sales experience preferred (SaaS, manufacturing, industrial, or field sales)
• Hunter mentality with strong outbound skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-activity environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
