Purpose of the Role
As an Ads Sales Account Manager, you will manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to account growth — ensuring high client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships. You will work closely with clients to understand their advertising goals and help them maximize the performance of their campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outbound outreach
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business
- Engage prospects via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client objectives, audiences, and budgets
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of advertising solutions
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships
- Collaborate with clients on campaign strategy and optimization
- Monitor performance and provide insights, recommendations, and reports
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
- Expand existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within digital advertising
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and industry trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Results‑oriented mindset with strong closing abilities
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced team environment
- German: C2 (native or fluent)
- English: C1 or higher
- Full‑time position (Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week)
- Gross annual salary: €25,330
- Performance bonus: up to €4,470 gross/year
- On‑site work in Barcelona (Monday to Friday)
