Job Brief

We're looking for Senior Sales Account Manager to support the growth of strategic accounts by driving sales performance and fostering long-term client relationships, while assisting in overseeing complex engagements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solution delivery.

Job Description

Sales Execution & Target Achievement

  • Close sales consistently to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities that enhance sales performance.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that drive growth within existing accounts

Client Relationship Management

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers that result in expanded business opportunities.
  • Retain existing customers through top-tier service that ensures satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Represent the company at industry events to showcase expertise and expand professional networks.

Contract Negotiation & Account Growth

  • Negotiate complex agreements that align with both client needs and company objectives.
  • Expand the network of potential customers through strategic account penetration.
  • Structure contracts that create long-term, profitable partnerships.

Market Intelligence & Performance Reporting

  • Provide comprehensive market feedback with actionable insights to support marketing decisionmaking.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports that highlight achievements and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze account data to identify trends and recommend business improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Must-to-Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Biotechnology, Science, Agriculture, Pharmacy or a related scientific field.
  • 3:5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Previous experience in scientific services, laboratory testing, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly in both written and verbal form.
  • Nice-to-have:
  • ERP System Experience.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods, statistical analysis.
