Technical Account Manager

- Manage and grow a portfolio of regional key accounts, ensuring alignment with Inolex’s strategic priorities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision makers, influencers, and technical teams at customer organizations.
- Develop and execute account plans that balance short-term wins with long-term growth opportunities.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts to expand share of wallet.
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with company objectives and client needs.
- Provide technical expertise on formulations, applications, and regulatory compliance; troubleshoot challenges as needed with internal teams.
- Lead joint development projects and support customer innovation initiatives.
- Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions for customers.
- Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform product development and innovation.
- Represent Inolex at industry events, tradeshows, and technical seminars.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
- Support special projects and additional business needs as required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Analytical thinking to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Keen ability to recognize critical details and act on insights
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years key account management experience in the Northeast with at least 10 years in the personal care industry.
- Solid understanding of personal care ingredients, formulation, and market dynamics.
- Prior formulation experience or ability to troubleshoot is a strong plus.
- Active in relevant industry associations.

- Ability to work remotely and travel to customers and on-site company meetings.
- This role will be subject to approximately 25% overnight travel.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Sustainability, and Supply Chain based at our Philadelphia headquarters and Charlotte manufacturing facility to deliver tailored ingredient solutions that meet evolving market needs.
This is a remote position based in the Northeast U.S. region.
