What You’ll Do
New Business Development
• Drive territory growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities
• Build a strong pipeline and expand reach through channel partners
Account Management
• Grow and retain an existing book of business through proactive relationship management
• Deliver accurate forecasts and execute territory sales strategies
Operational Collaboration
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, engineering, and product development to quote and launch new items
• Ensure timely, competitive pricing and support account‑level administrative needs (CRM, A/R follow‑up, T&E, etc.)
Market & Performance Insights
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and territory profitability
• Leverage insights to adjust strategy and maximize growth
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Packaging Engineering ideal)
• Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience
• Strong track record in prospecting, pipeline building, and securing new accounts
• Experience selling through distribution is a plus
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform basic machine checks/repairs
• Ability to occasionally lift heavier items
• Travel up to 30%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
