RBI Private Lending is a U.S.-based real estate lending company focused on providing strategic capital solutions for residential real estate investors and developers. Through bridge, construction, and investment loan programs, we support investors in acquiring, renovating, and building residential properties across key U.S. markets


Position Overview


The Loan Officer / Account Executive is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing private real estate loans, primarily focused on investor-driven transactions (Fix & Flip, Ground-Up Construction, Bridge, and DSCR loans). This role serves as a strategic partner to real estate investors, brokers, and referral partners while driving loan volume, portfolio quality, and long-term relationship growth.


The ideal candidate blends sales acumen, underwriting knowledge, and investor awareness, with a strong understanding of private lending credit, collateral-based risk, and deal structuring.


Key Responsibilities


  • Originate and close residential and/or commercial mortgage loans.
  • Build and manage a personal book of business through self-generated leads and referrals.
  • Guide clients through the loan application and approval process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
  • Analyze financial documents and credit reports to assess borrower eligibility.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends.loan products, underwriting guidelines, and
  • Collaborate with internal processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure timely and accurate loan execution.
  • Attend networking events, real estate functions, and community outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan progress, and compliance documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.


Qualifications


  • +3 years of experience in Private Lending for Real Estate Investments or Loans or mortgage loans.
  • Proven experience with Bridge, Fix & Flip, DSCR, and Ground-Up Construction loan products.
  • Proven track record of loan origination and closing volume in investor-focused real estate lending.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of loan origination and underwriting processes.
  • Established book of business specializing in RTL (Residential Transition Loans) or DSCR (Debt-Service Coverage Ratio) loans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
